Algemene voorwaarden
These terms apply to every order placed at ennobletech.com. Please read them before you order. If you buy as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence always continue to apply.

ENNOBLE Technologies is the trade name of M Willems, a self-employed trader registered in Spain.

2. Products and product information
We describe our products, their use and their limits as accurately as possible. Colours and images may differ slightly from the actual product. Each product comes with a label and instructions; technical and safety data sheets are available on request. Many of our products are specialist products: always read the label, test on a small, inconspicuous area where advised, and use them only for the surfaces and situations described.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT (IVA) where applicable. Shipping costs are not included in the product price; they are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping policy. The price shown at the moment you place your order applies.
4. How your order and the contract work
- Add products to your cart and go to checkout.
- Enter your contact and delivery details and choose a shipping and payment method.
- Check your order. Until you click the final order button, you can correct any details or cancel.
- By clicking the order button, you place a binding order with an obligation to pay.
You receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we send that confirmation. We store your order details; you can view them in the confirmation email and, if you have an account, in your customer account. Contracts can be concluded in English, Spanish, Dutch, German or Portuguese.
If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we inform you straight away and refund any payment for that product within 14 days.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on your country — for example credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, iDEAL | Wero and Bancontact. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. If you pay with Klarna or PayPal, their own terms also apply.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the countries and at the costs listed in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. Unless agreed otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of your order; if we do not, you may cancel and receive a full refund. As a consumer, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you designate, receive the goods.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. The exception: products whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned, because they are not suitable for return for health and safety reasons (Article 103(e) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, implementing Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). You bear the cost of returning goods, unless they are faulty or incorrect. Products that are dangerous goods in transport must never be sent back without contacting us first. 8. Legal guarantee
Every product carries the legal guarantee of conformity. Under Spanish law, you as a consumer can claim for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery. You can then ask for repair or replacement, or, where that is not possible or reasonable, a price reduction or a refund. Products with a stated shelf life should be used within that period and stored as indicated on the label. Contact us at info@ennoble.es with your order number and a photo; we will arrange it at our cost.
9. Safe use and liability
Use our products only as described on the label and in the instructions. For do-it-yourself products, stop and ask for professional advice if you see leakage, heavy contamination, a technical fault or a situation the instructions do not cover. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by use that does not follow the label or instructions, by unsuitable surfaces, or by normal wear. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
10. Business customers
The right of withdrawal and the consumer legal guarantee apply to consumers. Purchases made in the course of a business or profession are governed by Spanish commercial law; returns and claims are handled case by case. Business customers who need an invoice with their company details can request it at info@ennoble.es.
11. Personal data
We process your personal data only to handle your order and as described in our Privacy policy.

Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request. ENNOBLE Technologies is not currently affiliated with an alternative dispute resolution entity or the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System.
13. Applicable law and courts
These terms and every contract with us are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
14. Language versions and changes
These terms are available in English, Spanish, Dutch, German and Portuguese. The version in the language of your order applies to your order. We may update these terms for future orders; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
