SiVaLoc1000 (1010)

Industrial impregnation / activation agent for high performance mineral raw materials and wood.
Extremely suitable for absorbent, mineral substrates, such as concrete, stone and wood and offers a powerful protective functionality against water, oil, dirt and environmental influences (such as weathering).
Without any deterioration of the (surface) color and is also powerfully wear-resistant.

A liter of SiVaLoc1010 typically includes the following components:

Application (1 liter): This is the application step, where the protective treatment is applied in the surface.

1 Liter is for approx. 12 - 18m2. (depends on the surface)

Application manual and technical specs: 

Check the suitability of the object to be activated in advance at all times, prior to the actual application, and adjust the optimal dosage amount during this suitability test.
All of this under realistic conditions. SiVaLoc1000 greatly reduces the effort and therefore also costs for cleaning and maintenance, thus maintaining the economic value at a high level.
Factory or on-site activation / impregnation of high-quality concrete block products, slab and pavement tile systems, prefabricated concrete elements, natural and artificial stone (marble, granite, terrazzo etc.) masonry, facades etc. etc.

Application area:
High-quality impregnation / activation agent which can be installed both factory-wise and afterwards on location used for absorbent concrete products (such as high-quality concrete block products) slab and street tile systems, prefabricated concrete elements, masonry, facades, wood, etc. etc.

For a powerful reduction of the general tendency to pollution and protection against weather influences.

Processing:
Before use, please always refer to the corresponding safety data sheet (MSDS) and/or the technical data sheet (TDS).
Before activation, tests must be performed before the product suitability tests must be performed before it can be used / applied.
The material compatibility of this product with the substrate to be refined must always be checked before official use.

• Use only in well- ventilated areas.
• Do not use on hot surfaces or in “full” sun.
  
• Contains flammable solvent.
  
• SiVaLoc1000 or 1010 “may” lead to an intensification of the color impression.
  
• The surface must be absolutely dry, free of grease and free of impurities & surfactants.
• The application temperature is +5°C to 35°C.
  
• SivaLoc1000 or 1010 is applied undiluted.
  
• Used with brush foam roller, microfiber cloth or by spraying.
  
• Avoid aerosol formation.
  
• Do not inhale the mist and take appropriate protection (such as masks).
  
• SiVaLoc1000 is applied evenly and thinly (crosswise) until the moment the surface to be ennobled looks slightly
  
• Avoid formation of puddles.
  
• Remove excess impregnating agent from the substrate.
  
• The full functionality is achieved after about 24 hours (at 20°C surface temp).
  
• During the activation time, the activated surface must be protected from moisture, frost and/or pollution.

Dosage:
SiVaLoc1000 is delivered ready for use and is applied undiluted. The efficiency per liter is approx. 12 – 18m2 (dependent in relation to the absorption power of the mineral).
