Protection Built Into the Stone Itself
Most stone and concrete treatments sit on top of the surface. SiVaLoc1000 goes into it — penetrating 20–30 mm deep and giving the material a permanent new property: it stops absorbing water.
You can't see it. The colour doesn't change, the texture doesn't change, and the stone still breathes. But rain now runs off instead of soaking in, and that single change removes what algae, moss and frost damage depend on.
Because the property becomes part of the material rather than a layer on top, there's nothing to wear away. This is protection measured in years.
PFAS-Free
Many water-repellent treatments still rely on PFAS — the "forever chemicals" now being restricted across the EU because they don't break down in the environment. SiVaLoc1000 achieves the same water repellency through different chemistry, with no PFAS.
What It Does

Where to Use It
Concrete block products, paving and slab systems, prefabricated concrete elements, natural and artificial stone (marble, granite, terrazzo), masonry, facades and wood. Applied at the factory or on site.
One liter treats approximately 12–18 m², depending on how absorbent the surface is.
Before You Apply
Always test suitability on the surface beforehand under realistic conditions, and consult the safety data sheet (MSDS) and technical data sheet (TDS). The surface must be dry, grease-free and clean. Apply between +5°C and 35°C using a brush, foam roller, microfibre cloth or spray, avoiding puddling. Full functionality is reached after roughly 24 hours at 20°C surface temperature.
